Single not selling AT ALL

SO ive released a single recently with my customized artist and It has been 12 days and the single literally sold 0 copies worldwide and the single is quite good (Lyrics rating 97, Melody 99, Commerical 99) Any ideas?

I feel like im saying this a lot so excuse me but can you send me your save for this. I would like to see at the issue while its happening.

Can you confirm the game version your using? It should say in the bottom right of the screen.

Hey MARK! dont worry about that. im using version 1.3.0.920 and The single started selling in it's third week would like to still see the save?

So this is the save and! not to be the annoying user im sorry. But there's something happening only with my band not with my current solo artist. Every time I release a single even if it's selling it dosen't  chart anywhere in North america. idk why sometimes it does but it would be late and the sales will be low by then.

UPDATE! About the charting issue it's happening with all the artist

This should be fixed in the next patch I believe.
