When I come to purchase a label ( in my case Epic Records) the share price is £961, if I enter £1200 per share and click 'Make offer' it doesn't do anything, but if I lower it to £1100 is goes through. In 1.2 if I entered a figure that was too high, it would set it to the highest and grey out the up arrow but in 1.3 it doesn't do this. So I have to guess the highest offer they will accept.

The price is allowed go go up to 200% of the value. The problem was the budget didnt have enough for the fee plus cost of shares but the popup did not work. Ive fixed this in last patch.
