Outstanding offer: spokesperson bug

When an artist has a 'spokesperson; offer the 'Outstanding Offers waiting for your response' appears in the  Email log for 11 consecutive days before the actual offer shows up. When this happens you have to manually Sim the game 11 times until the offer actually shows up.

It doesn't show up at all for band members.

THis shouldnt happen for Band members ive just fixed this issue as there is no way to reject/accept etc.
