Cant start the Game

Everytime i start a new game, the game crashes sadly. I cant play it anymore. When im about to start a game and want to pick an existing label, they didnt even show up, same if i want to create an artist to start with, i cant choose a citiy, they dont show up. But this doesnt even matter, because everytime im about to create the game, it crashes anyway

Same for me I try to start a new game then the screen closes and nothing happens

Idk I hope mark can optimise this version to work just like the 1.2 cause I've tried all the suggested fix (installed .net 3.5,4.7 and even visual c++) but the games keeps crashing..😖 

I'lld gladly wait till they fix other issues anyways

Sounds like you have made changes to the database. Or you have selected Normal database which has no labels or artists and are generated.

Try using the Real Database?

Are you using version .919? Do you have an errorlog file?

i tried both databases and i havent changed any data. Yes im Using .919

In the game folder usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\The Road 2 Success Game

ok so your sqllite part is messed up.

Please do the following.

Uninstall the game.

Delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\The Road 2 Success Game

Redownload and install adn try again.

Have you tried installing into Program Files instead of Program Files(x86)

i uninstalled it yeserday and deleted the folder and installed it again but didn´t work. but i will trie it with the program files now

SQLite.Interop.dll is from 26.03.2020

Im using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

The pref.xml error isnt important it wont cause any problems.

In tonights patch ive made a slght change to the compiler to see if helps with some users who cannot load the game with an error about the sql file.

I am personally not having an error about the sql file but fingers crossed the patch helps and I can play the game. Much appreciated.

Do you only see an error with the pref.xml file? Nothing else in the error log?

IT works how. But now my Artist wont write any songs
