No option to make a making-of video/payment for music video/auditions bug

When I try to make a making-of video for my artist it says I already made a video for this song.

Also nobody is paying for the cost of the music video from one of my bands while the other band payed for their cost of their music video, I think if the artist has not enough money nobody is paying for the music video it seems.

Also when setting up a audition I can select more than 10 cities without any added cost

I did some work on videos about 10 minutes before the final game was compiled so I wouldnt rule out me breaking something. I'll look at all these tomorrow in my first day of patching.
