Game freezing?

When trying to select promotional efforts, my game freezes and I have to exit and restart the game. Any tips?

Are you on 1.3?

Here's a tip. If its 1.2 try to save your progress every week and if it does it again then you may have to possibly restart. But if its 1.2 you shouldn't have any issues with that in 1.3

If it is 1.3 I cant help with that but its a good thing your catching the bugs😊

I went through the same thing one time in the game. I had to restart my game. And i think saving it every week helps. But in 1.3 it should be fixed

Sorry I no longer support 1.2, hopefully you dont experience anything like this in 1.3
