I'm interested to know how has touring changed in 1.3? What are the maximum dates an artist can have for a tour? Also how many songs can you have on a setlist?

Touring has not really been updated. It has had code changes as has 99% of the game but more to align with other new stuff including database changes. I do plan an overhaul of it in the future.

Has the issue been fixed where you could only manually select a stadium for the first 17 dates on a page? The last three on the second column and the entire third column are unclickable in 1.2. I like to plan my tours manually, so it was quite annoying!
