I'm new to this game but I'm really enjoying the gameplay.

 

However, after numerous number #1's both worldwide and in certain continents, I'm yet to receive a nomination to an award show and my artists are not getting booked for festivals.

 

Is this a bug or do I need to increase reputation for my label, artist or anything else?
