I think that when a song reaches a percentage of its highest sales (as they might not peak in their first week) it is then back-catalogued

Well on 1.2 you have unlimited artists to feature I think. VEVO, MTV and Youtube are all in 1.2. Streaming isn't in 1.2 but is probably going to be added sometime later.
